The council and staff need community input to do the best job possible making our town friendly, safe and progressive. There are 3 actions you can take to give your feedback and stay abreast of what’s happening.
Sign up for the ongoing town survey. We’ll be sending out short surveys over the next 6 months via email. Each survey will take 5 minutes or less, with the first coming out next week. Please participate and make your voice heard.
Fill out the Housing Element Survey. The Town is required to submit a plan to the State showing how we will support the addition of 489 new places for people to live over 8 years starting in 2023. This won’t be done by adding more ADU’s so we have to become more creative. We’ve engaged a prestigious and experienced consulting firm, Michael Baker to help. You can view their first presentation, including possible building sites, presented 3/24 here. The video link should be posted early next week.
